The unit is unboxed, updated and configured with your network name and password before it leaves us. It arrives working.

Delivered and switched on
Nairobi same-day where we can, courier everywhere else. Paid for by M-Pesa before it leaves us.

Set up for your provider
Safaricom, Zuku, Faiba, Poa - bridge mode, PPPoE or VLAN tagging, done on our bench. This is the step that turns a two-hour evening into a five-minute one.
Your network name already on it
You tell us what the Wi-Fi should be called and what the password is. It arrives broadcasting it, so nobody in the house reconnects anything twice.
Firmware updated before dispatch
Units sit in warehouses for months and the build in the box is rarely the one you want. We flash the current release and note which it is.
Run under load before it is packed
A unit that fails does it early. We would rather find that here than have you find it on a Sunday evening.
We tell you if you do not need it
A two-bedroom flat does not need a mesh kit. We will say so, even though the mesh kit pays us more.
